-WCA awarded nearly $80,000 in scholarship for the 2012-2013 school year! A variety of discounts, scholarships, and incentives available for your family, including special opportunities for incoming Kindergarteners, military dependents, and students transferring from public schools. Contact the WCA Office to find out if you qualify for financial assistance.
-WCA currently has about 60 students in the K-8 program.
- Does WCA have a dress standard?
-Yes, we do have a dress standard policy. More information is available upon request, or link to our student handbook.
- Does WCA have bus transportation?
-No, parents provide transportation for their students.
- What sports does WCA have?
-We currently have interscholastic sports for boys and girls grades 5 through 8. We offer basketball and volleyball teams.
-We have a unique school week at WCA, as we attend school Monday through Thursday only. Our hours are 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each of these days.
- Does WCA have extended care after school?
-Yes, we offer an after-school program/childcare from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
- Does WCA have testing before students can be accepted?
-We assess students before placing them in a classroom.
- Is WCA affiliated with a church?
-No, we are a nondenominational school. Several different churches are represented by the families at our school.
- What credentials do WCA teachers have?
-Most of our faculty have a state certification and are highly qualified with years of previous educational experience.
-WCA is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International
