Goals For Preschoolers:

 
     The aim of Wickenburg Christian Academy preschool is to spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively prepare children and their families for the coming years of formal schooling.  We also want to introduce God’s love for them and to encourage them to enter into a personal relationship with their heavenly Father.  We desire to strengthen their families by enhancing parenting skills and supporting them in any way we can.
The Goals for the children in our Pre-School are:
  • Spiritual Development:
 
 
               Understand that God is a loving God
 
                      - learn about God
                      - learn that God loves each one of them
 
                      - know that Jesus wants to initiate a personal                               relationship with each person.
 
 
 
               Understand the Bible is a Special Book
 
                      - learn that the Bible is God's Word
 
                      - know that the Bible is truth.  (Stories that are                               fact, not fantasy)
 
                      - discover that Bible truths share character                               lessons
 
 
 
               Use Prayer to talk to God
 
                      - learn that prayer is talking to God
 
                      - know that they can ask God for help in their                               lives & in others' lives
 
 
 
               Freely share about God (Jesus) and the Bible with others
