continuous re-enrollment

Sign up for our new Continuous Re-enrollment in 2 easy steps:

1.  Review and Sign the Contract Agreement below.  
Contract:

• I hereby opt into continuous enrollment. This means that my WCA student(s) will keep coming back to WCA every year unless I tell the school otherwise.
• I understand that I have until the end of March every year to notify Wickenburg Christian Academy Enrollment Office of any changes in my plans of enrollment for my child/ren
• If I breach this contract by disenrolling my child/ren after June 1st, I understand that I will be contractually obligated to pay 1 month of tuition as a penalty.
• Unique Circumstances. Wickenburg Christian Academy recognizes that family plans change. For any unique circumstances (such as the following), families disenrolling after the announced deadline will be exempt from the 1 month tuition penalty:
  • Moving/Relocation 25+ miles away from Wickenburg Christian Academy
  • Educational needs for the student that can no longer be met at Wickenburg Christian Academy as determined by the WCA Student Services teams
  • Dis-enrollment at the request of Wickenburg Christian Academy
  • Other circumstances as approved by the Board of Directors
• By choosing continuous enrollment, I affirm that we:
  • agree to abide by the Student Handbook
  • agree with the Statement of Faith
  • will keep our account balance current, either through personal payments or scholarships
• I will keep our WCA family information and student information (including health, emergency contacts, etc.) up to date via the ParentsWeb webforms or direct contact with the WCA office.
• By agreeing to this contract, I also give permission for my student(s) to attend any and all field trips during the school year.
